Most importantly, we do not store your credit card information. The payment is handled directly by our secure payment provider; no employee of Pierre-Bex LIBERTY'S sas or any third party has access to your full card details, whether in electronic or paper form. We also welcome PayPal for your convenience.
Shipping
Your order will be dispatched via International Air Parcel Post following receipt of payment, typically within 24 hours.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary greeting card service. Upon request, we can include a handmade card featuring real dried flowers inside your parcel, customized with the text of your choice.
This service is free of charge; please simply include your message in the "comments" section during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it provided you notify us of your intent within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: Returned items must be in the exact same condition as originally shipped.
- Shipping: All returns must be sent via insured mail.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued for the final purchase price. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
